Our team of coaches has been carefully selected for their breadth as well as their depth of experience.
Our two founders are
Sarah Harwood and
Linda Nathan.
Sarah Harwood has extensive experience as a consultant and executive coach. She has supported individuals and organisations in successfully managing major transitions and challenges in both the public and private sectors. Trained as a mentor with the Institute of Management she is also a British Psychological Society registered occupational tester to Level B and holds post-graduate diplomas in Coaching in Business, Training Management, Media Resources and Information Technology in addition to her doctorate. She is a certificated NLP practitioner and a member of the International Coaching Federation and has recently completed her foundation course in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Sarah is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Sarah combines a gentle exploratory style with incisive pragmatism. She is interested in who you are as much as what you do. Her main focus is on opening perspectives and expanding learning in order to help you shape your circumstances. She will challenge your thinking, encourage creative, innovative investigations and will be endlessly resourceful.

Linda Nathan is an experienced coach, facilitator, trainer and career transition consultant. She has worked with a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sectors including some charities. She works with people at all stages in their career from those starting out to those thinking beyond the world of work and extensively with those at senior level. Her main empahsis is on career, personal and leadership development. She has a diploma in Coaching for Business and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also qualitifed to use and interpret MBTI reports. She is an accredited practioner with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and has recently attended a course in clinical supervision at the Society of Analytical Psychology. She works within the ethical frameworks laid down by the ICF and BACP.
Linda has a challenging but gentle style and is both supportive and non-judgemental. Her belief is that you have the answers and that she has the quesitons to help you find those answers. Her main focus is to work with you to develop your strengths in a creative and safe environment.
